During the COVID-19 pandemic, we put measures in place to protect employees and to help minimise the spread of the virus. Hughes moved to a home working model in March 2020 but now as we journey out of lockdown we have come to the decision to continue with the remote set up on a permanent basis.
Our staff are working from home and our branches will remain closed.
During the last year, we have been able to continue to provide our customers with a high level of customer service and this will remain our primary focus. We would like to reassure customers that we are able to help with all policy queries, payments, renewals and new quotes over the phone and on our website.
We will continue to offer a range of insurance products including Car, Home, Van, Commercial and GAP.
Our plans for the future include developing enhanced virtual customer services, which would allow the face to face experience to be replicated through digital technology.
