Insurance Sales & Service Advisors

Full & Part Time

We have vacancies for both full and part time Sales Advisers in our Newtownards, Omagh, Lisburn, Belfast, Newry, Coleraine and Londonderry offices. Whether or not you have previous sales experience, we will provide an excellent training program to give you all the skills required to make you fully effective in the role.

Full time positions involve working 35 hours per week between 8.00am and 8.00pm Monday to Friday and between 9.00am and 5.00pm on Saturday.

We offer flexible hours for part time staff, working a minimum of 16 hours per week between 2.00pm and 8.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am and 5.00pm on Saturday.

You choose the shifts to meet your needs.

Working on the front line of our Sales and Renewals teams, the roles involve contacting potential new and existing customers, quoting and advising on cover and services, and highlighting the best options for them. Throughout, you'll be delivering a high quality, personal service while speaking frankly, overcoming objections and securing business.

All applicants must have the following essential requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 GCSE’s at grade C or above, including Maths and English, or equivalent qualification, or at least 5 years' work experience relevant to the advertised role
  • Demonstrable commitment to achieving and exceeding targets
  • The skills to ensure that every customer contact adds value and is a positive experience
  • Excellent verbal communication skills which build rapport and establish needs
  • The ability to provide advice and recommendation, and to act through structured, enjoyable and meaningful conversations
  • The ability to gather and input information on customer contacts and transactions accurately whilst following company procedures

The following attributes are desirable:

  • Cert C.I.I. qualification
  • A minimum of 2 years business to customer sales experience in a telephony or branch environment
